Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi Trade Operative to join our team. As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks, including roofing, carpentry, and plumbing. You will work on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and renew roofing trusses, hips, and valleys
  • Repair and renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, and flooring
  • Repair and renew doors, door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards, and ducting panelling
  • Repair and renew kitchen units, worktops, and decorative finishes
  • Repair and replace ironmongery to doors and windows
  • Repair and renew timber and UPVC window frames
  • Reglaze timber fencing and gates
Requirements
  • Served a recognized Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3)
  • Experience of working as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber and the installation of wet rooms and Disabled adaptations
  • Competent in all aspects of the Joiner and/or Plumbing trade discipline
  • Plastering trade discipline (desirable)
  • Ability to carry out multi-skill trades
  • Housing Association experience is essential
  • Driving licence is essential
  • Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness, and have own tools
