Job Title: Multi Trade Operative

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi Trade Operative to join our team at Liberty. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks across various trades, including joinery, plumbing, and electrical work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out repairs, renewals, and installations of roofing trusses, soffit, fascia, and barge boards
  • Repair and renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, and flooring
  • Repair and renew doors, door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards, and ducting panelling
  • Repair and renew kitchen units, worktops, and decorative finishes
  • Repair and replace ironmongery on doors and windows
  • Repair and renew timber and UPVC window frames
  • Reglaze timber fencing and gates
Requirements:
  • Must have served a recognized apprenticeship and hold a relevant qualification (NVQ L2/L3)
  • Experience of working as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber and the installation of wet rooms and disabled adaptations
  • Competent in all aspects of the Joiner and/or Plumbing trade discipline
  • Ability to carry out multi-skill trades
  • Housing Association experience is essential
  • Driving license is essential
