About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Specialist to join our team at NEC Software Solutions. As a key member of our network engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of our internal engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the network for internal engineering solutions, including customer remote access.
  • Resolve network-related incidents within contracted SLA timescales.
  • Provide 3rd line support for network-related issues.
  • Complete IT Health Check remediation changes.
  • Support the wider network engineering team in network solution delivery and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven hands-on network and security experience, CCNA or higher (CCNP highly valued).
  • Understanding of networking protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring, network and security diagnostic, and network analytics tools.
  • Proven experience working to ITIL best practices.
  • Full, current driving license.
