Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacist to lead our clinical service in Surgery and Critical Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a safe and effective service to our patients, working closely with other clinical pharmacists and multidisciplinary teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to pharmacy staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical services and initiatives to improve patient outcomes and safety.
  • Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of clinical services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Supervise and mentor junior pharmacists and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
