About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant - Female Only. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Our ideal candidate will have a kind and friendly nature, with excellent communication and listening skills. You will be visiting clients in the Chester and Ellesmere Port area, providing personal care and assisting with daily living tasks.

We offer a thorough induction programme to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. You will be working with a dedicated team, providing a high level of continuity of care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality care
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
