About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist, Health, Safety to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our Environmental and Safety Management Systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all Environment, Health & Safety programs and processes.
- Participate in investigations to facilitate closure of identified non-conformances.
- Provide Health & Safety expertise for the plant for all new projects and change management activities.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventative actions to minimize or eliminate accidents or asset losses.
- Ensure facility standards are in compliance with both Company and government regulations.
- Drive a safety-perfect culture and ensure Health & Safety standards and awareness are well understood throughout the plant organization.
- Lead culture change and drive behavioral safety as a way of life.
- Ensure contractors have robust Environment, Health and Safety procedures and systems in place.
- Coach and assess standard owners for legal compliance and internal assessments.
Requirements
- Minimum NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety preferably within FMCG/manufacturing.
- Tech savvy with experience of Windows and ability to adapt to other systems as and when required.
- Some experience as a Health & Safety practitioner.
- Experience in auditing on ISO 14001 or similar global standards.
- Change Management / Project management experience (preferred).
