Your Responsibilities

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will:

  • Manage tasks related to the guest experience at Chino Latino, including greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, upselling, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Inspire and mentor team members to achieve excellence in service.
  • Work flexible shifts to support restaurant and bar operations.
  • Embody our core values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, and Care.
  • Lead by example and maintain high standards of service.
  • Bring prior experience as an F&B Supervisor, Head Waiter/Waitress, or Senior Bartender in a hospitality setting.
