Principal Microsoft Developer - CRM

Bournemouth University is seeking a highly skilled Principal Microsoft Developer - CRM to join our established Microsoft Infrastructure team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics applications for the university, ensuring seamless integration with our Student Recruitment CRM from Tribal.

The successful candidate will lead the development of Dynamics CRM, creating and maintaining documentation related to the Dynamic's processes. Additionally, you will provide support and technical expertise to resolve issues relating to the environments configured.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of Dynamics CRM
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to the Dynamic's processes
  • Provide support and technical expertise to resolve issues relating to the environments configured

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of delivering enterprise-level, mission-critical information systems in a structured environment, utilizing Microsoft technology
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding and experience of delivery and management of a range of technologies that are aligned to these areas of specialism
