Role Summary
As a Retail Performance Director, you will oversee the operational success of our retail outlets, particularly focusing on our flagship locations. Your expertise in retail management will be crucial in identifying opportunities for enhancement and innovation, ensuring sustained growth and an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance across our retail locations, ensuring alignment with annual sales forecasts through strategic product selection and store presentation.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to conceptualize and implement a state-of-the-art retail environment, set to launch in the near future.
- Monitor and enhance matchday sales, ensuring optimal product availability and operational efficiency during events.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for retail campaigns, working in tandem with internal teams and external partners to maximize impact.
- Maintain a comprehensive retail marketing calendar, coordinating activities and ensuring timely execution of promotional initiatives.
