Key Responsibilities:- Provide detailed bordereaux of payments to all suppliers
- Assist in processing online electronic banking
- Set up and maintain installment plans
- Produce cheques and post receipts
- Support the recovery process and banking cheques
- Reconcile accounts and maintain Excel spreadsheets
- Cancellation of cheques
- First point of contact for all payment queries
- Identify and analyze payment errors
- Support the Claims function with ad hoc responsibilities and projects
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective working relationships
- Attention to detail with high numeracy and literacy competence
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to work to strict deadlines in a professional environment
- Eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment
