Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and HR department to develop a benefits strategy that supports the company's business objectives.
  • Design and implement a benefits package that includes core benefits, wellbeing initiatives, and other perks that attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in benefits management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate the best possible deals for the company.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the benefits package and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
