The FISER Group is seeking a highly skilled Benefits Manager to join our team. As a Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive benefits package that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and HR department to develop a benefits strategy that supports the company's business objectives.
- Design and implement a benefits package that includes core benefits, wellbeing initiatives, and other perks that attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in benefits management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate the best possible deals for the company.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the benefits package and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of benefits management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
