Role Overview

The Field-Based Electrical Supervisor role is ideal for an individual eager to progress their career while gaining practical experience in a supportive and thriving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate and approve electrical certifications using the NICEIC certification program
  • Ensure compliance with the latest IEE wiring regulations and relevant British Standards
  • Conduct electrical testing and inspections
  • Oversee full electrical rewiring projects
  • Manage electrical installations in kitchens and bathrooms
  • Supervise electrical installations for commercial heating systems
  • Complete necessary electrical certifications at the conclusion of each project
  • Ensure safe isolation procedures are followed by all electricians
  • Diagnose and resolve faults within your area of expertise
  • Maintain the highest quality standards in all work
  • Support all trades in delivering a professional and safe maintenance service
  • Participate in an on-call rota as part of the team

Candidate Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent (Essential)
  • C&G 2391 or equivalent in Inspecting and Testing (Essential)
  • CSCS card is advantageous
  • Full current driving license
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the building maintenance sector
