About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team at Disrupt. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for visiting independent and regional businesses within the hospitality and leisure sector, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to increase sales of our partner BAT's products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit a database of sites across your agreed territory on a regular basis, building strong relationships and encouraging growth.
  • Identify and pioneer your own opportunities, with the aim of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Establish positive business relationships and present the benefits of our products to prospective partners.
  • Accurately report the outcome of each visit via a provided smart device to enable a full database of prospects to be built.
  • Provide regular feedback, including recommendations and new innovations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a territory-based role and within the hospitality and leisure sector.
  • Ability to clearly communicate the benefits of our products to a variety of business owners.
  • Strong sales background and a natural ability in relationship building, underpinned with the drive to succeed.
  • Previous experience in data capture via smart devices or comparable knowledge.
  • Ability to build rapport with independent business owners and utilize strong influencing skills.
  • A full, (preferably clean) UK driver's license will be required.
