Key Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Ensures appropriate portion and quality control.
  • Regularly monitors food inventory within the kitchen.
  • Operates safely and responsibly in accordance with Food Safety Standards.
  • Consistently wears the designated uniform.
  • Cleans kitchen equipment thoroughly and promptly, adhering to GDK standards.
  • Maintains a clean and professional appearance at all times.
  • Approaches all tasks with enthusiasm and works collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Understands the ingredients, preparation methods, and assembly of each menu item.
  • Follows GDK cleaning and storage protocols, including assisting with dishwashing and maintaining a clean-as-you-go approach.
  • Completes daily paperwork in compliance with GDK standards.
