Key Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Ensure proper portion control and quality assurance.
  • Regularly monitor food inventory levels in the kitchen.
  • Work safely and responsibly in accordance with Food Safety Standards.
  • Consistently wear the designated uniform.
  • Thoroughly clean equipment in a timely manner, adhering to GDK standards.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
  • Approach all tasks with enthusiasm and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the ingredients, preparation methods, and assembly of our menu items.
  • Follow GDK cleaning and storage protocols, including assisting with dishwashing and maintaining a clean-as-you-go approach.
  • Complete daily paperwork in compliance with GDK standards.
