About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Rotary Wing Flight Test Engineer to join our ETPS team of instructors at Boscombe Down. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction on a wide range of topics to aspiring flight test professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver instruction on flight test engineering principles and practices to students from around the world.
  • Contribute to the development of the ETPS course syllabi, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the flight test community.
  • Collaborate with a highly experienced team of flight test instructors to ensure the delivery of world-class training.
Requirements
  • Engineering or Science degree coupled with at least 3 years actively working as a LFTE or equivalent on a range of significant modern rotary wing flight test programmes.
  • Or, a Graduate Rotary Wing Flight Test Engineer from one of the 4 UK MoD-recognised Test Pilot Schools (ETPS, USNTPS, USAFTPS or EPNER) or equivalent standard thereof.
