About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and household duties.
  • Offer companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to maintain their independence and quality of life.
  • Assist clients with running errands, such as grocery shopping and collecting prescriptions.
  • Support clients in maintaining their community connections and social networks.
Requirements
  • At least three months' experience in a care setting, either professionally or personally.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A driving license and access to a vehicle, as regular travel is required.
  • Good IT skills, with experience using online systems and software.
  • The right to work in the UK, with no restrictions on employment.
