Your Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive personal and domestic care, ensuring the client's well-being and comfort.
- Accompany and support the client in attending a wide range of activities, fostering her independence and social engagement.
- Assist with creative pursuits such as head painting and market stall management, contributing to her passions and interests.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment, adhering to best practices in caregiving.
- Proven experience in providing care for individuals with physical disabilities.
- A genuine passion for supporting active lifestyles and promoting independence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with the client, her family, and other professionals.
- A valid UK driving license and confidence in driving the client's vehicle.
- Registration with Social Care Wales or a commitment to achieving this qualification.
- A recognized Health and Social Care qualification (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) or completion of the All-Wales Induction Framework.
- Experience in managing staff rotas and organizing schedules.
- Current training in areas such as Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, Health and Safety, Infection Control, and Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults.
