HR Officer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled HR Officer to join our team at Novax Recruitment. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing employee relations and providing support to managers across the client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of employee relations matters, including performance reviews, absence, termination, investigation, disciplinary, and recruitment.
  • Support managers in meetings and provide guidance on employee relations and HR matters.
  • Conduct employee relations consultations and training, and provide advice and support to managers.
  • Undertake HR and OD policy and project work as required.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree or professional qualification, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in an Employee Relations operational HR role within a large organisation with a diverse workforce.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and recognised 'best' HR practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex issues at all levels.
