Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and develop the asset maintenance strategy to optimize plant efficiency and reliability.
  • Perform a combination of planned and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure maximum process efficiency.
  • Monitor plant efficiency, reliability, and capability, identifying areas of under-performance or opportunity and implement plans to deliver improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of plant and equipment capabilities to inform maintenance decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mechanical maintenance with a strong bias towards multi-skilled maintenance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
