About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Specialist to join our Information Security team at Castle Trust Bank. As a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our data and infrastructure from cyber-attacks, working closely with our technology and business teams to identify, manage, and remediate security risk across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and continuously improve security solutions in a cloud environment (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Operate in a similar role with proven cyber security experience, working with security control frameworks (such as NIST CSF, CIS benchmarks, ISO27001, SOC2) in a regulated environment
  • Collaborate with the Information Security team to identify, quantify, and respond to identified cyber security risks across the organisation
  • Work on Security projects, delivering the Security strategy by developing and improving processes and procedures aligned to industry best practice
  • Contribute to the development of security solutions, including scripting and configuration, to ensure security measures are aligned with business and strategic objectives

Requirements

  • Proven cyber security experience working in a cloud environment (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Demonstrable expertise in the design, development, and continuous improvement of security solutions
  • Previous experience working with security control frameworks (such as NIST CSF, CIS benchmarks, ISO27001, SOC2) in a regulated environment
  • Experience in Network Security (e.g. Palo Alto, CISCO Meraki)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Highly numerate and business value-oriented, with the skills and ability to deliver high standards in terms of attention to detail, time, and cost
