Job Description

**Job Summary:**

The Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Secure Source, ensuring that all business functions are aligned with strategic objectives and are operating efficiently and effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Strategic Planning:** Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement operational strategies that support the company's goals and objectives. Contribute to long-term planning and decision-making.
  • **Operational Management:** Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including human resources, information technology, and facilities management. Ensure operational processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • **Team Leadership:** Lead, mentor, and develop the operations teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • **Performance Monitoring:** Establish and monitor key Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to assess the effectiveness of operations and identify areas for improvement. Implement metrics-driven approaches to optimize performance and achieve operational targets.
  • **Risk Management:** Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the company's assets and reputation.
  • **Budget Management:** Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource utilization. Work closely with finance to track expenses, forecast needs, and optimize financial performance.
  • **Process Improvement:** Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality of service delivery. Implement technology solutions and automation where appropriate to streamline operations.

**Qualifications:**

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the cybersecurity or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity industry trends, technologies, and best practices is highly desirable.
