Role Purpose

Under the guidance of the Team Leader and Supervisory staff, you will uphold exceptional performance standards in all facets of ramp and baggage operations, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to health and safety regulations and company protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently load and unload baggage using both manual and mechanical methods, following the training provided.
  • Perform baggage sorting tasks safely and effectively, preparing flights and utilizing necessary scanning equipment.
  • Conduct area hazard assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Execute aircraft inspections to ensure operational readiness.
  • Carry out inspections of equipment on a pre-trip, daily, and weekly basis.
  • Report any equipment, facility, or process irregularities to the appropriate management personnel.
  • Perform towing, pushback, and headset duties, maintaining communication with flight crews as per training.
  • Operate and position all necessary ground support equipment (GSE) for our airline partners safely and efficiently.
  • During winter operations, provide de-icing services to airlines in accordance with training.
  • Adhere to established company uniform standards.

  • Strong verbal communication skills.
