Insolvency and Advisory Manager

In line with the company's strategic growth plan, Levitate Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Insolvency and Advisory Manager to join its award-winning team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Proactively managing a portfolio of complex and varied casework, ensuring compliance, budgeting, and billing are carried out efficiently.
- Overseeing a team of up to 4 staff, planning workloads, conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and recommending training and coaching.
- Carrying out duties including planning and controlling trading operations, managing the sale of businesses, and preparing trading memorandums.
- Identifying critical issues on cases to discuss with the engagement partner and conducting independent or pre-lending business reviews.
- Completing WIP reviews and ensuring billing targets are met.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive networker, contributing to the firm's marketing activities by organizing and attending events. They will also be responsible for suggesting new initiatives and targeting contacts to develop business relationships.
Our client requires the successful candidate to be ideally ACA/ACCA qualified with a minimum of 2 years of experience in advisory work within Corporate Insolvency.
