We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insolvency and Advisory Manager to join our award-winning team at Levitate Recruitment - Accountancy and Insolvency Recruitment Specialists.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of complex casework, overseeing a team of up to 4 staff, and contributing to the firm's marketing activities through networking and event organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of varied and complex casework, ensuring compliance, budgeting, and billing targets are met.
  • Oversee a team of up to 4 staff, planning workloads, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and training.
  • Carry out other duties including planning and controlling trading operations, managing the sale of businesses, and identifying critical issues on cases.
  • Complete WIP reviews and ensure billing targets are managed and met.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified with a minimum of 2 years of experience in advisory work within Corporate Insolvency.
  • Proven track record of success in managing complex casework and leading teams.
  • Excellent networking and communication skills, with the ability to contribute to the firm's marketing activities.
