About the Role

AWE Plc is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team. As a Contract Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage post-contract administration for partner contracts, ensuring alignment with AWE's objectives and industry regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, understanding their requirements and obligations.
  • Monitor the implementation and performance of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Obtain necessary governance approvals and manage risks associated with contracts.
  • Create meaningful relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Experience in public sector procurement and contract management, with knowledge of public procurement regulations.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end procurement process and awareness of CEMAR for NEC Contract administration.
  • Previous experience defining NEC 4 and/or CCS contract terms, managing partner contracts, and agreeing work orders.
  • Ability to drive value for money and apply industry-leading contract management techniques to mitigate commercial risk.
