AWE Plc is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to develop and implement category strategy, support strategic sourcing activities, and manage supplier relationships.

The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and experience in procurement, with a focus on indirect corporate procurement categories. Previous public sector experience or working in a highly regulated environment is advantageous, but not essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing category strategy
  • Supporting and executing strategic sourcing activities
  • Managing supplier relationships and driving supplier performance
  • Assisting with the development of supplier value and planning external management review meetings
  • Driving operational efficiency in alignment with Supply Chain Processes and Strategies
