Job Title: Third Party Risk Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Third Party Risk Manager to join our team at Legal & General. As a Third Party Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of third-party risks across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and reports of potential and existing suppliers to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Monitor supplier compliance against regulatory requirements and provide guidance to internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to develop risk management plans and provide training on TPRM processes and standards.
  • Provide expert advice on TPRM practices and strategies to support business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Third Party Risk Management, supplier/vendor management, category management, or business development.
  • Previous experience working in a Financial Services company, such as a Bank, Insurer, or Asset Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Third-Party Risk Management practices and strategies, including regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
