About the Role

Fujifilm Healthcare UK is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and continued operation of our X-Ray equipment, providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain a range of Fujifilm Medical Systems supplied X-Ray equipment, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of technical issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on DR X-ray equipment, in line with service contract requirements.
  • Install and demonstrate equipment in support of our Sales and Applications teams.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers, responding to technical requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other members of the service team to resolve customer service-related problems and escalate any serious or potentially unresolved issues to the Team Leader or Service Delivery Manager.
  • Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to at all times, reporting any potential hazards to the Team Leader or Service Delivery Manager.
Requirements
  • Completed training or studies in the field of Medical Technology/Healthcare (X-Ray) or comparable professional experience.
  • Experience in the operational management of a service desk, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, or comparable.
  • Methodological competence in ITIL processes (incident management, problem management).
  • Confident handling of all common Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong service and customer orientation.
  • Experience in project management of complex (medical) projects.
  • English language skills (written and spoken).
  • SAP, MS Office, and Salesforce knowledge.
