Floor Manager

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the service provided by the guest relations team exceeds the expectations of our guests. You will be tasked with nurturing and enhancing the relationship between the hotel and our esteemed VIPs and loyal patrons, while also assisting guests in resolving any concerns that may arise.

As a Floor Manager, you will enjoy:

We are seeking a Floor Manager who:

  • Executes Head of Department responsibilities related to all Night and Front Office operations, making critical decisions
  • Ensures that guests' needs are met beyond their expectations, taking full accountability for Health, Safety, Security, Licensing & Fire regulations
  • Leads the Night team by example, actively motivating, training, and inspiring Front of House team members
  • Provides support to the breakfast department in the morning
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office and possesses excellent knowledge of Opera
  • Is available to work on a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule
  • Is willing to cover night shifts

  • Has prior experience as a Duty Manager/Reception Manager in a hotel setting
