About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at The Dean Neurological Centre in Gloucester. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex long-term neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care to meet individual needs
  • Support and mentor colleagues to promote positive teamwork and best practice
  • Observe, record, and report service user changes, maintaining accurate records of care provided
Requirements
  • Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration
  • Strong team-working skills and a flexible approach
  • High level of self-motivation and a positive attitude
  • Commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice
