Position Overview

We are seeking a Hydrogen Valve Solutions Consultant to become a vital part of our dynamic team at Vibe Recruit Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver field-based technical sales with a focus on identifying customer needs and driving specifications to secure business opportunities.
  • Expand sales within the UK market for assigned products.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients at all levels to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and effective problem resolution.
  • Plan and execute follow-up calls based on quotes, key accounts, and strategic planning tools.
  • Meet and exceed product sales and profitability objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with other product specialists and internal support teams.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the company's product offerings through market analysis and consumer trends.
  • Recognize emerging trends and develop new product initiatives to boost market share.

  • Facilitate customer trade shows and product demonstrations.
  • Identify projects and gather information for tracking and sharing with the sales team.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in a Business Development or Technical Sales role within related industries.
  • Qualifications in a technical field or relevant industry experience in Mechanical, Process, or Instrumentation is advantageous.
  • Established background in a technical sales capacity, particularly in Process, Mechanical, or Instrumentation sectors.
  • Relevant experience with process equipment, specifically in Valve & Actuation within the Hydrogen and Energy industries.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on commercial aspects, including revenue and profit margins.
  • Proven ability to develop specifications that drive business growth with National and Multi-National OEMs, Contractors, and End Users.
  • References demonstrating the ability to identify and secure projects in the Hydrogen and Energy sectors.
