Job Summary

We're looking for a highly organized and experienced Chef de Partie to lead our kitchen team in a busy and dynamic environment. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for running a section, working to precise specifications for cooking and presentation, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run a section in a busy kitchen, ensuring efficient service and high-quality dishes
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings
  • Collaborate with the sous chef to plan and execute menu changes and specials
  • Maintain accurate inventory and ordering systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen environment
  • Proven track record of maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and plating techniques
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
