**About the Role**

Helping Hands is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our team of care professionals. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer care.
  • Hold the CQC/CIW registration for the branch and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of carers to deliver high-quality care services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive commercial growth.
  • Regularly review branch operations to ensure customer needs are met and policies are implemented effectively.
  • Support staff and carers with training and development opportunities.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need a Level 5 NVQ in Management in Care or be willing to work towards achieving this. You will also require knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance, as well as experience working in the care sector at a management level. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are also essential.
