Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Hotel Operations: Assist in the general running of the hotel at night, supporting other departments to set up for the next day.
  • Quality and Safety: Undertake night audits and hotel safety checks to ensure everyone in our hotel is safe and looked after.
  • Financial Security: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure the security of our hotel's assets.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to achieve our goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work.
  • Financial Knowledge: Understanding of hotel and financial security procedures as well as guest confidentiality.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to use Property Management System software such as OPERA Cloud and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel Front Office or Finance team is advantageous.
