We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategy and Solutions Lead to join our UK & Ireland Immunology team, based in our Slough, UK office.
The Marketing Strategy and Solutions Lead will be responsible for overseeing the Dermatology marketing strategy, solutions, launch planning, and execution cross-functionally, to achieve our dermatology vision and become a preferred partner in dermatology over time.
Key Responsibilities- Lead annual process, team meetings, deck, and presentation from insight gathering to strategy and tactics involving cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead strategic account planning process, organizing business unit reviews, and ensuring execution of the cross-functional plan in coordination with regional business leads, patient team, field medical, and field access leads.
- Lead launch plan in Ireland for dermatology in collaboration with supply, access, marketing, medical, patient, legal, regulatory, and communication.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or healthcare.
- Several years of marketing experience, preferably in UK, regional, or global marketing.
- Passion for dermatology and immunology.
