Job Title: Compliance Manager

As a Compliance Manager, reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring adherence to client expectations and legal requirements. Your focus will be on promoting ongoing enhancements in health and safety protocols while offering expert advice on compliance and auditing issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate safe operational guidelines by assessing potential hazards.
  • Assist in the development of integrated management frameworks such as ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify the effective application of policies.
  • Execute risk assessments and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Develop health and safety initiatives and internal regulations.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in compliance within facilities management or the public sector is preferred.
  • Familiarity with dynamic, high-volume environments.
  • Ideally possess IOSH and BICS certifications.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Vetting Requirements

Candidates will be required to undergo Metropolitan Police vetting for NPPV2 (CTC) clearance.
