About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Cyber Security Consultant to enhance our team's expertise. In this role, you will leverage your professional experience to conduct cyber incident exercises and provide consultancy services to help organisations improve their cyber security posture.

You will be involved in designing bespoke cyber incident exercises, supporting organisations in understanding and improving their cyber security posture, and collaborating with our partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and facilitate cyber incident exercises (both tabletop and live play) for organisations globally.
  • Manage and conduct Cyber Assessment Framework assessments and reporting, risk assessments, and provide guidance on Cyber security issues.
  • Lead client engagement in scoping, reporting, and debriefing of security assessments using frameworks and certifications including ISO27001, SOC2, and others as required.
  • Contribute to cyber maturity assessments using frameworks such as NIST and CAF.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments in alignment with NIST and other industry frameworks including CAF.
  • Experience with ISO27001, SOC2, and other certifications including Cyber Essentials.
  • Proven understanding of vulnerability assessments and penetration testing using industry-standard tools.
  • Strong background in OSINT techniques for assistance with creation of realistic Cyber Incident Exercises.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client management.
  • Proven experience and knowledge of Data protection requirements in UK & EU.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience in the Cyber Security industry.
  • Experience with NCSC Assured Service Provider and related schemes including CIE, CHECK, Assured Cyber Consultancy, Cyber Advisor, and Cyber Essentials.
Salary:

£35,000-£45,000 p/a depending on experience
