This role involves delivering comprehensive training programs on CISCO networking, Microsoft Azure, cybersecurity, and AI tools to diverse learner cohorts.


Training Delivery:
Execute training sessions both in-person and online, utilizing structured resources provided by the Head of Department.

  • Content Development: Collaborate with the Head of Department to create, review, and update training materials, including handouts, manuals, videos, labs, and simulations tailored to varying skill levels from beginner to advanced.
  • Adaptability in Training: Modify training methods to accommodate different learning styles and environments, ensuring effective comprehension and engagement.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in technology, especially in AI and cybersecurity, to enrich training content and discussions.


Proficient in applications such as Teams, Zoom, Webex, VirtualBox, VMware Workstation, Hyper-V, Office/MS 365, and virtual learning platforms like Moodle (or similar).


  • Skilled at adjusting training methods to meet various learning styles and environments.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cohorts and projects effectively.
  • Proven ability to train on CISCO technologies (CCNA, Cyber Security, Networking, and Infrastructure) and Microsoft (Azure Fundamentals & Administration, MS 365, and Security).
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge: Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • AI Understanding: Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts, including tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft CoPilot, is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering engaging training sessions both onsite and online.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field is desirable.

  • Relevant certifications in CISCO, Microsoft, or other pertinent technologies are preferred.
  • Previous experience in a training or educational role at community level is essential in community and SME participants
