Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn Winchester. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our food and beverage service, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Food and Beverage department, ensuring that all aspects of the service are delivered to a high standard.
- Lead and motivate the Food and Beverage team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, ensuring that they are within budget and that waste is minimized.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure that the department is running efficiently and effectively.
- Previous experience in a Food and Beverage supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cash handling.
