Job Title: Assistant Rent Accountant

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our dynamic Rent Accounting team on a permanent basis.

About the Role

In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring that property information is accurately recorded to report rent performance to the Group and to provide finance support in completing external regulatory returns relating to rent and property stock.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate recording of property information to report rent performance
  • Provide finance support in completing external regulatory returns
  • Work with large volumes of data and liaise with stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer-driven service
  • Interpret information, carry out research, analyse complex data, appraise performance, and manage risk
Requirements
  • AAT Level 3 or equivalent
  • At least one year's experience of accounting in a large and complex organisation with substantial budgets
  • Excellent ICT skills (cloud technologies, Excel, Word)
  • Experience of data analysis and reconciliation
  • Experience of developing and managing an excellent customer-driven service
  • Experience of interpreting information, carrying out research, analysing complex data, appraising performance, and managing risk
