Overview: Construkt RS is seeking a dedicated Fire Safety Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive fire safety evaluations across a diverse portfolio of client properties, ensuring compliance with established standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform thorough fire safety assessments, documenting all significant findings using the designated application.
2. Implement quality assurance measures utilizing the company's risk management software.
3. Conduct detailed inspections of fire doors at various client locations.
4. Manage personal schedule and travel effectively to meet work obligations.
5. Collaborate with the client’s management team to facilitate efficient time and workload management.

Administrative Duties:
Complete all necessary administrative tasks, including expense reports, mileage tracking, and leave requests, in a timely manner.

Essential Qualifications:
- Level 3 fire safety certification or equivalent
- Proficiency in using mobile applications
- Basic IT skills
- Strong written English skills for report preparation
- Professional appearance
- Valid UK driving license

Desirable Qualifications:
- Third-party accreditation from a recognized industry body (e.g., IFE, IFSM, FPA)
- Fire door inspection certification (e.g., C&G)
