We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Support Manager to join our team at ANA Recruitment Ltd. As a Technical Sales Support Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our clients' commercial strategy by providing expert technical support to customers and managing key customer accounts from a technical perspective.
About the Role:- Deliver training to customers and internal teams on solar PV products and systems.
- Visit construction sites to support installers and provide technical guidance.
- Produce designs for customers looking to use our PV products.
- Handle queries from site staff and investigate complaints.
- Attend trade shows and visit merchants to promote PV and renewables.
This role requires frequent travel across the UK and Ireland region, and a company car and allowance are provided to support you.
About You:- Strong experience with renewable/solar PV products and a passion for customer excellence.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Qualifications in a technical-related subject (ideally degree level) or comparable experience within a roofing or electrical-related role.
We are open-minded about your background and welcome applications from technical professionals with experience in design/training for PV products looking to be more client-facing, or sales professionals with technical and design skills who are looking for something different.
