About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Expert to join our growing advice team. As a Financial Planning Expert, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial advice to clients, helping them achieve their lifetime financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients, managing their financial needs and providing tailored advice.
  • Financial Planning: Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' financial circumstances, current provisions, and future aims and goals.
  • Investment Analysis: Complete investment risk analyses using attitude to investment risk questionnaires and provide recommendations.
  • Financial Strategies: Analyze information and prepare plans and financial strategies best suited to individual clients' requirements.
  • Market Research: Research the marketplace and provide clients with information on existing and new products and services.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Meet all regulatory aspects of the role, including requirements for disclosure, costs of services or products provided, and accepting responsibility for the advice provided.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to the evolution and growth of our business and propositions through sharing views, knowledge, and expertise with other team members.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: RQF level 6 qualified or very close, achieved Chartered Financial Planner status or very close.
  • Experience: Experience as a regulated Financial Adviser, excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
  • Skills: Comfortable presenting to large groups of people, ability to explain complex information simply and clearly, negotiation and influencing skills, determination and tenacity, good level of numeracy and IT skills.
