Role Overview

We are in search of a dynamic and seasoned Director of Operations and People. This crucial role will entail managing the daily operations of Love Recruitment Ltd, ensuring efficient business processes, and directly assisting the leadership in achieving strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a robust operational background, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive and productive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Supervise daily operations to ensure the organization runs smoothly and effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and support a team of managers and coaches, nurturing a work culture that embodies kindness, inclusivity, community, and impact.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to formulate and execute operational strategies aligned with the organization's mission and objectives.

  • Financial Oversight: Oversee budgets, expenses, and financial performance, providing regular updates to leadership.

Qualifications
