Job Title: Air Conditioning Supervisor

Sure Maintenance, part of The Sureserve Group, is a leading heating and hot water specialist with 35 years of successful delivery and a growing client base.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Supervisor to lead and manage our field-based operational team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high performance standards, meeting business and client expectations, and maintaining a strong working relationship with the field-based team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the field-based operational team to achieve high performance standards and meet business and client expectations.
  • Build strong working relationships with the field-based team and ensure effective communication.
  • Manage and monitor staffing levels, annual leave, sickness, and other absences.
  • Review and manage performance and quality, carry out investigations, and fact-finds.
  • Lead on team communication, including tool-box talks, and deliver company information to the field-based teams.
  • Deal with field-based team queries and resolve issues and concerns.
  • Lead on performance and quality, assist with technical support, and mentoring and training of engineers.
  • Responsible for customer services, including complaint resolution.
  • Attend contract meetings when required.
  • Monitor parts usage and ensure regular van stock checks are undertaken.
  • Ensure 100% compliance is met on all contracts.
  • Respond to feedback from customers and clients and take appropriate action.
  • Ensure all aspects of fleet within your team are maintained to a high standard.
Requirements:
  • Experience in working in domestic heating and hold the relevant gas qualifications.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • DBS check prior to onboarding.
