Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Options Resourcing Ltd. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our clients' products on customer sites, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation of products on customer sites
  • Complete planned and reactive maintenance as required
  • Utilize facilities management systems to ensure compliance of submitted documents
  • Collaborate with the service engineering team, planning, sales, training, and customer experience teams
  • Submit all paperwork electronically via the client's tablet and online portal
  • Attend monthly meetings via Teams and quarterly meetings at our head office
  • Complete a monthly stock take of all equipment and parts
Requirements
  • Experience in a field-based technician/engineering role
  • Proficient with computers and tablets
  • Preferred experience working within the medical/evacuation equipment sector
  • Experienced in completing planned and reactive maintenance
  • Preferred knowledge of Health & Safety and Fire Safety sectors
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, providing a professional service

  • Salary: £30,000 to £33,000 per annum
