Job Title: Compliance & Training Team Leader

Swiftclean Building Services is seeking a highly skilled Compliance & Training Team Leader to lead and drive our Kitchen & Air compliance field teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct line management of Compliance Supervisors, including HR-related tasks such as sickness, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Responsible for day-to-day project management of larger contracts, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to industry standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance within main compliance areas of work, including General Ventilation Cleaning & Surveys, Kitchen Extract Fire Safety Cleaning, and Site and staff audits.
  • Support the sales team with technical advice and attend site meetings/surveys as required.
  • Conduct site audits to assess field staff performance levels and provide 'on the job' training to new and existing supervisors and operatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in compliance and training management, with a strong understanding of industry standards and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong technical knowledge of compliance areas, including ventilation cleaning and fire safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
