Swiftclean Building Services is seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Training Team Leader to lead and drive our Kitchen and Air compliance field teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all contracts assigned are delivered within agreed time scales and in line with required industry standards and specifications.
Main Responsibilities- Direct line management of Compliance Supervisors, including management of HR-related tasks such as sickness, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Responsible for the day-to-day project management of larger contracts.
- Provide technical support and guidance within all main compliance areas of work.
- Support the sales team with technical advice and attend site meetings/surveys as required.
- Conduct site audits to assess field staff performance levels in line with company standards and industry specifications.
- Provide 'on the job' training of new and existing supervisors and operatives, ensuring regular review and development plans are put in place where required.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in compliance and training.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong technical knowledge of compliance and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
