Key Responsibilities:
As an International Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the export operations of our business. Your primary focus will be on managing customer orders and collaborating with various internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and track production timelines
- Create customized declarations and tracking documents for clients
- Communicate product availability promptly
- Work closely with the Finance department to manage customer financial transactions
- Understand and fulfill specific customer requirements for packaging and labeling
- Handle order processing and invoicing tasks
- Assist in providing necessary documentation for customs clearance through customer forwarders, while also supporting team members in addressing daily inquiries and building relationships with commercial, finance, and sales teams.
